β€œThis is something I do nightly. Usually, every other night or sometimes I’ll do 2 or 3 nights in a row, I’ll put on a homemade turmeric/oatmeal face mask. If I do, I will wash this off my face before taking my bath. I like to visualize with both my face wash and bath, that the soap and suds are washing away all the negativity of the day/week. I then visualize that the bubbles/soap suds of the bath are a protective layer being placed over top of me. Spirituality aside, this has done wonders for helping me maintain a healthy, emotional and mental state. Edit: also important to add, my bubble bath, bath salts, or body wash will have some sort of soothing aroma. So this evokes that spa like aura with the scents. You all could also use a diffuser, candle like I do, or essential oils in your actual tub. Lavender, Eucalyptus or Argan Oil are my favorite scents for my bath tub.”

β€œMine are also on Sunday. Take a shower and do a sugar scrub and hair mask Maybe some hair removal. Less of a concern in the winter Moisturize entire body Do a chemical peel and a sheet mask Give a mani/pedi I have daily routines for my self of course but this extra stuff on Sunday helps me feel relaxed and put together. It’s an important part of my self care routine.”
