Visit Majorelle Gardens in Morocco

“The heat just dissolves when you walk through the bright blue front door and into the otherworldly forest of every green and blue imaginable. Mustapha and I probably spent 2 hours marveling at the beautifully curated alcoves of nature. [...] There are geometric lily pad ponds inhabited by baby turtles, blue and green tiling surrounding bubbling fountains, plants potted in blue and yellow ceramic vessels that line every walkway, and curved archways embellished with carved plaster to make you remember exactly what country you’re in.”

“We booked the first time slot at 8:00 A.M. but arrived at 7:40 to be the first person in line. I walked through the entire gardens without another person in sight, and it was magical and relaxing (except not so relaxing but I was worried about it filling up!). I did a second loop to see what it would be like if we arrived 30 minute later… it was a completely different experience. It was already packed, with lines to wait in to get a photo or see a specific view point of the garden.”
