When we arrived, there were people excited to meet us and we played Fluxx for the first time. It was an excellent ice breaker and a stellar introduction to a wonderful group of people.”

“I met them at a bar close to work and found out about the club. Loved the club for several years as they had the games, the location, the people. Then boardgames got really big, precovid, and the club get large. Table space was hard to get. [...] When we were in the game club, people would get a game, set it up, and read the rules if they didn't know how to play. The club had a cone to put on the table to show that you were looking for more people to make it easy. That worked well.”
