People who tried this

I put off cooking indian for a long time even though i love it.I finally tried to cook beef madras and i was so happy with the results. That also was my first time making a whole loaf of bread from scratch and I nailed every single thing about it, specifically the consistency/texture (perfectly fluffy on the inside and golden brown and crispy on the outside). I made it to introduce my friend and his wife to Indian food and they said they’ve only had butter chicken that was better than mine one time since then.
