β€œAt first I was unfamiliar with half of the stuff I needed to get, keep in mind I have minimal cooking experience but in the end I got everything I needed but I couldn't find the snow peas so I had to leave them out. Got home, started preparing the ingredients, I was nervous at first because I was afraid to mess up a step or something but, as I got into it it got more comfortable. I did have to watch some videos to learn to do certain things but I eventually came out with something that actually came out well! Especially the chicken.”

β€œI went into the kitchen excited to make Poha. I did exactly as I was told by my Mum; she was guiding me with the whole process. In the end, though, it’s always in the end when I get some shady ideas. I love spicy food. And the Poha had chilies in it already, but I thought it ain’t spicy enough. Without even tasting it first. [...] Poha was supposed to be yellow in color, but it was all red now. And I was scared.”

β€œI just wanted to share my first time cooking a full-on dish. I decided to make carbonara, because it has so few ingredients. The only problem was that the eggs sort-of scrambled, but I learned that's because the heat was too high (I put the cooked pasta directly in the pot that had the boiling water in it). After putting some salt on it, it was still pretty good, but it probably would have been better if it was creamier. All-in-all though, I'm still pretty happy with how it turned out.”
