Dye your hair a new color

“Because my hair had never been touched before, the bleach was turning to powder on my hair and my hairdresser couldn't work out why. Then we found out that because I had 'virgin' hair (natural hair) my natural oils in my hair were rejecting the bleach. Brilliant! [...] This time the bleach worked properly and turned my hair blonde! At first I hated it, I thought I looked like a tiger and so so stupid! It wasn't until the next afternoon that I actually fell in love with it, we decided not to use the dye over the top after that because I loved the blonde colour so much.”

“Didn't want to stain my clothes, so put newspaper and plastic just in case. [...] Supposedly, the whole point of a bubble dyeing is so you can do it yourself, but with my long hair I don't think I can do it properly since I can't see. Bf had been an amazing hair erm, dye-ist lolol constantly massaging my hair to ensure that it stayed tangled free so the effect would be there later :') [...] This was a pretty enjoyable first hair dyeing experience :D Best thing, no irritating + the scalp isn't red/pink too!”
