Find a spot with an unobstructed view of the horizon and arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Bring coffee for sunrise or wine for sunset, and resist the urge to take too many photos - just experience the moment together. The quiet beauty and shared silence often lead to meaningful conversations.

βIβve been trying to get more active, so last month I started walking at sunrise around my neighborhood park. Itβs only about 30 minutes, but the quiet, the golden light, and the birds make it feel like a mini reset before work. Iβm not a morning person, so Iβm shocked how much I look forward to it now-itβs like my brain wakes up happier. Iβm up to 3 miles a day and feel way less stressed.β
βI'm up by 0400-0430 every morning. I absolutely love going for walks super early. I usually leave 0530-0600 and am done by 0700-0730. My current routes are between 4.3 to 5.3 miles. It's so quiet....sun coming up, crisp, cool and relaxing. Plus, it feels like youβre getting a head start on the day. My motivation is always that first cup of coffee waiting for me when I get back lol. I started with sunrise walks during the pandemic, and itβs the only habit that really stuck!β
βAt night too when I walk after sunset I love walking while I listen to my walking podcast. It's such a powerful experience for me, like watching the birth of a new day.The cooler temperatures, the sunrise, the slow build up of human activity is all just magical.β
