βThe Hellβs Revenge trail immediately throws you right into some intense off-roading, as your vehicle heads up an extremely narrow and bumpy fin with steep drop offs on either side. It feels like your car could tip off the trail at any moment and tumble down to the red rocks below. After those first intense minutes on the trail got my adrenaline pumping, I realized that off-roading was more fun and freeing then I could've ever imagined. The best way I can describe the rest of the 6.5 mile long trail is as nature's rollercoaster. Itβs extremely narrow at times, and filled with sharp turns, steep climbs and abrupt descents.β
βI tore through a lot of mud, tried my hand at flexing on a couple mounds and a steel track, and took some decent hills. A couple items stood out to me. One was that the truck had no problems at all from a power perspective [...] Another thing was that I did get a bit nervous on some steep hills. It felt like the truck was tilted more than it seemed to be at times. I guess it's how high it sits coupled with the weight, but there were times I actually reconsidered a route because of the slope and the way it felt.β
βSince we were on our own and it was the first chance to test out some things with his truck, we stayed on the less difficult courses. We drove through the mud and got the truck sufficiently dirty to make him happy. [...] We did a lot of driving up and down steep rocky hills. There was definitely some rough spots along the way. I was a little nervous, but remained calm. In the final assessment, I would not say I hated it, but I also didnβt love it. I was just merely a passenger and observer so it really was a bit too hands-off for me.β
