โ€œI shot a few months with the College archery club my sophomore year. Only had 20/30/40 pins because I was using a hunting setup my dad helped me set up. They had a 50 yd shot everyone was struggling to bullseye. They wanted me to shoot it because I was whooping everyone at the shorter distances. They talked me into it but I made them give me a mulligan so I could see how far it dropped at 50. It was starting to get dark out. We were under a lighted pavilion, so we could still shoot. First shot I aimed my 40 at the top of the target and visualized the drop. Second shot I grabbed an arrow with a red lighted nock I hadnโ€™t been using. I bullseyed that thing and got a few cheers and a lot of grumbles from the seniors. When we retrieved our arrows, I left the lighted nock arrow in the target to โ€œmake the bullseye easier to seeโ€. They spent all evening trying to hit my arrow after that lmao.โ€

โ€œYep. At the end of a beginners course session coach put a target out much further than we had shot before. Think it was only 30 or 40 yards but seemed a long way. No idea what my sight mark even was for that distance, but first arrow hit bang centre of gold. Coach said 'well done, now do it again'. Next two missed the target completely!โ€

โ€œI was in Boy Scouts in the late 90's early 00s, and one day, we had an archery day at our center where they set up targets and gave us bows in an enclosed gym (don't get me started about how stupid an idea this is). So I was shooting and doing mostly okay, but I took one shot that went off my lane and hit the bullseye of the other kids' target. He shot at the same time, so he thought he hit it and took the credit. Dude hadn't hit a shot all day. I was pissed.โ€
