โ€œI didn't use a beginners kit when I first started because I couldn't find any in the stores nearby, but I highly recommend that you get one. They would've made things way easier for me. So I just got a needle, a hoop, carbon tracing paper, and 10 threads. As for the fabric, I asked the store owner, and he recommended a few. Before I got my tools, I spent a few months watching embroidery videos, trying to learn through observation, and believe it or not, but I actually learned many techniques by doing this. after I got my tools, I spent a few days practicing the stitches. Then, I printed a free pattern from pinterest (made sure that it was indeed posted by the og designer first) and used the carbon paper to trace the picture into the fabricthen started following the instructions (whitch stitch and color to use etc). it took me a while to finish my first piece, but when I finished, it was totally worth it.โ€
