Make your own dough or buy pre-made, then go wild with toppings like pineapple and jalapeños, breakfast pizza with eggs and bacon, or dessert pizza with Nutella and strawberries. The beauty is experimenting with flavor combinations you'd never order at a restaurant and discovering your new favorite weird combo.

We made a long list of ingredients, mostly normal pizza proteins and veggies, with some slightly more unusual options, and a handful of crazy ones. We used a random number generator to build three pizzas with three toppings each, then paired them with sauces and cheeses that seemed appropriate. Here's what we got: 2. Caramelized onions, fig, and cut up hot dogs. This one got a garlic and olive oil base, fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheese, and a balsamic glaze drizzle. We also worked rosemary and oregano directly into the dough. This tasted like a surprisingly delicious gourmet pizza. 3. Bacon, eggs, and goldfish crackers. We went with a cheese sauce, scrambled eggs, full strips of bacon (the eggs and bacon were cooked ahead but left slightly underdone), a crushed goldfish cracker crust, with more goldfish on top. I know this one sounds weird, but it was insanely good. The crackers added such a unique texture, in a way we never expected to be so good. We will be purposely making this again.
