โI meet a lot through my work. So hard to tell the most famous. One of my favorite encounters though was with RuPaul. I escorted him to his room after he was recognized and he appeared to be anxious. While in the elevator he thanked me and called me a "true prince." It hit me afterwards that the Queen of all drag queens called me a prince. I told my wife I might be considered honorary drag royalty now.โ
โI was in the break room at a facility at an international airport that supports private jets. My snack had gotten caught in the vending machine, and I was there shaking the heck out of it trying to get my chips to drop. I heard someone come into the room and they said "Oh boy, I'm just in time for lunch!" I turned around, and it was Jay Leno. I didn't say anything for a second, and he just turned and walked away.โ
โDrew Brees held the door open for me when I was in college with him amd obviously I knew who he was because MOLE , but I thanked him by name and we laughed and chatted as we walked through a library. Nice guy, everyone at Purdue loves him because he was never a douche or a head case, he never got in trouble and he was always kind.โ
