βSoon, there was a loud blaring noise to signal that the roller coaster was starting. It moved really slowly as we climbed up a steep incline. My eyes were closed. As I was able to feel us going up, I heard what sounded like metal gears rattling. βPlease stop, please stop going up!β I yelled. I opened my eyes for a second to see where the roller coaster was. But all I saw were endless tracks that we still hadnβt gotten up to. In a few seconds, the rattling noise stopped. I opened my eyes, wondering if weβd stopped. But nope, it was at its peak getting ready to drop. Soon, everybody started screaming. I was caught off guard without any preparation when the roller coaster went downhill with grand acceleration. And that was pretty much it. Without realizing it, my eyes were actually open and I was enjoying it. I was enjoying it a lot.β
βAs I got on the rollercoaster, I had an anxiety attack. I was shaking as if I was having a seizure. Then I thought to myself, βif nothing is overcome in life, then life is useless.β The ride started; everyone on the ride was nervous as we moved toward the first hill of the ride. As we dropped down, I could hear people yelling so loud that I felt as though my eardrums were about to explode. As we went through the curvy loops, I could feel sickness coming to me. I was about to puke, and I also was having massive headaches. [...] Finally, the roller coaster dropped, and I felt as if I were free-falling and defying gravity. The breeze of the wind made me think I was flying. In a blink of an eye the ride ended.β
βDiamondback was the first like giant coaster I rode, after going to kings island w my friends and trying to get used to bigger roller coasters, they were like letβs just go right on it, and I was like oh okayβ¦yea letβs go I was shaking going up that lift hill and braced for impact going down the drop but once we actually dropped and I felt what it was like to fall like 200 feet, it was awesome, and we went back on like four times.β
