Transform simple blocks of wood into sculptures, utensils, or decorative objects using just a sharp knife and patience. It's incredibly meditative and satisfying to see a recognizable form emerge from rough wood, plus you end up with unique handmade pieces.

โMy biggest takeaway is how deeply I entered the flow state. I swear โ I sat in silence for three full hours on the first day. I looked at the time and it was 1 a.m. and I sat wondering where the time went. It felt more like meditation than a craft.โ
โHey there! Got my Beavercraft kit today, super excited and had a great first evening carving this bad boy here (and got my first war wound too ahah) Iโm not quite done but happy with where I am so far and I didnโt see the time go by! I feel like it took me a lot of time though to get there though, about 2h! Does that sound normal? I felt like the knife wasnโt super sharp despite regular stropping and had to push quite a lot for each carv (definitely not like hot knife in butter like it says on the box!).โ
