โ€œThe first task was the hardest because I needed to ask my mother. I was thinking about what she will say. But she only asked me Why?. I told her the reason and she agreed to teach me in no time. I felt relieved. After that I didnโ€™t know what ingredients are needed and where are they?. I gathered the ingredients and I cut the onions in tears. I remembered the steps that my mother told me and acted on it. Iโ€™ve not fried anything before, this was my first experience of working with Karahi having hot oil in it. I safely managed to fry all the pakoras and then took them out in a dish.โ€

โ€œI just wanted to share my first time cooking a full-on dish. I decided to make carbonara, because it has so few ingredients. The only problem was that the eggs sort-of scrambled, but I learned that's because the heat was too high (I put the cooked pasta directly in the pot that had the boiling water in it). After putting some salt on it, it was still pretty good, but it probably would have been better if it was creamier. All-in-all though, I'm still pretty happy with how it turned out.โ€
