It was terrifying because I didn’t know Jack about making videos, nor did I want to show my face on camera excitedly screaming, “Hello guys, welcome to my YouTube channel. Please like and subscribe to keep receiving more videos like this.” [...] Since I didn’t have any experience with making videos, I knew it’d be an absolute disaster to make any version of a video where I’m recording myself. [...] So, I chose faceless content videos for my channel for a start. I assure you; it wasn’t the easiest to produce either. I created videos using excerpts and bullet point extracts of my written long-form content from my blog, and it was a success. I was so damn proud of myself.

I’ve always been obsessed with story telling. I began posting videos to Youtube at the age of 7. My first video was a lego stop-motion video around 8–10 seconds long. I was so excited to put something out there for the world to see. I remember watching the Indiana Jones films growing up and being so inspired. I would always have them playing in the background while I filmed my lego videos. [...] Although once I found my passion for filmmaking, nothing else mattered. I would film tests, search Youtube tutorials, construct crazy DIY filmmaking rigs and couldn’t get enough of it.

On September 27 at night I wasn’t able to sleep properly it was like I lost my sleep. Around 3 a.m. morning, a thought hit my mind why are you not creating YouTube videos while you do all the writing work? Convert your writing into video form so that more people also benefit [...] I had plans for YouTube after earning some money I would buy an iPhone and then start making videos. [...] For tomorrow I will make videos today is not the right time and also sometimes I doubt what the need to create videos is. But I am aware that I am procrastinating. I don’t want my comfort zone will be disturbed and after a week of procrastination this month October, I started my channel and also took the challenge of making 100 shorts for the next 100 days. Today when I wrote this article one week completed of making videos and currently I love making and editing videos.
