โ€œThe best part of the experience here was their sensory and tasting portion. Michter's laid out 4 jars with scented cotton balls inside to offer an example of different parts of the aroma that you can find in bourbon. At this point, their master distiller, Dan McKee, showed up and we were lucky enough that he lead us through their tasting. It was truly special to get such an inside look into their processes and to what makes them different.โ€

โ€œWe got a recommendation to visit the Bluegrass Tavern and I'm so glad that we did. They have over 1000 whiskeys on their shelves - everything from a $3 pour to a $500 pour. It's a bit overwhelming, so we asked the bartenders for their suggestions. The guys knew their stuff and suggested some great pours that didn't break the bank - I highly recommend this place for a night cap or two!โ€
