โThe first time I used it was last weekend, and I had so much fun seeing how the designs turned out! Left it on overnight and it left a beautiful stain for about a week. So I decided to try again this weekend. I started with my fingertips, did some dots on my knuckles, and some more dots around a permanent tattoo I have on my forearm. I was just kinda doodling on my skin for the better part of an hour. [...] But certain parts of my hands started tingling. Not burning, but a cooling sensation with a bit of itchiness. Eventually I got paranoid and washed as much of it as I could off.โ
โAs a young girl, my mom would draw small henna designs on my palms and I would absolutely love them. The floral smell, the intricacy, I remember the experience vividly. At the end, she would ask how I liked the design and I would ask for more leaves or another flower.โ
โThen on Saturday my girlfriend Michelle came over and decorated my head with a henna tattoo (also known as Mehndi) using the henna cones my neighbor Angela so generously lent me last week. I am so happy with the results. Michelle did a wonderful job on her first time working with henna. I look forward to having it done again while my head is still bald.โ
