“First you lay down and the lash lift artist (technician?), places the rod on your eyelid and your eyelashes are glued to the rod. Then, a perm solution is applied to your eyelashes – this is what helps the curl to hold. You then sit for about 7 minutes with the solution on your eyes. It’s completely painless and honestly, I could have napped. Once the perm solution is done setting, another liquid [...] is applied [...] This then sits for another 7 minutes. Again, totally painless. I had zero irritation or issues.”
