Get an LED facial

“Heads up; most LED facials use a Darth Vader-like mask in the treatment. Mine sat very close to my face and took a few minutes to get used to. Your eyes are closed – sometimes with goggles on – and the lights are very bright, so can be strange for a bit. That said, once I’d chilled out, I found myself drifting off into a lovely sleep as the lights washed over my face. I think I was under the mask for around 20 minutes in total and could have happily stayed there much longer.”

“During the treatment, I was under the blue light for around 30 minutes. My skin was cleansed, toned and moisturised before going under the light and then again afterwards to clear any build up or dirt.
