β€œI had my first appointment the other day and for some reason I cried almost the whole time. I’m usually not a very emotional person and hate crying in front of people, so I really don’t know what happened. While talking to the nurse about my symptoms I just unexpectedly got really emotional and started tearing up. Then I was embarrassed about crying which just made me cry more. I finally calmed down while waiting for the doctor, but of course the same thing happened while I was talking to her and I pretty much just continued crying the rest of the appointment, including while she was examining me.”

β€œI only went to a dermatologist last fall because of a growing lump on my back that turned out to be a benign cyst. During that visit they suggested a full body mole check, due to my fair complexion, blonde hair, blue eyes, and many moles. During that check she identified two moles that were suspicious; one of which I would never have been concerned with because it didn't look suspicious to me. One mole came back as pre-cancerous and the one that didn't bother me ended up being malignant stage I melanoma.”

β€œWhen I began taking the antibiotics, I saw immediate improvement. It calmed down my skin significantly and my skin was way less irritated. [...] Unlike the antibiotics, the topical was a little harder to adjust to. My dermatologist warned me that it is super important to moisturize while using this topical. I used the cream on my sparse areas of acne and scarring and it immediately dried my skin out a lot. It was uncomfortable at first, but I knew it was just my skin getting used to the new cream and the chemicals in it. Besides that, the cream bleached my pillow which wasn’t fun but unavoidable.”
