โAs I was digging in the front bed (3), moving things around one day, I thought 'oh ya, I've been wanting this, to garden, to plant, to beautify'. This was something I wanted with my new house. It was so. much. work. but I really enjoyed every bit of it (Until I lay in bed at night with a tight back!)โ
โThat was a decision with a lot of commitment behind it. In order to get those 4 boxwood's up front, I'd have to remove rocks, lots of rocks. My back was so tight from hauling rocks to the other rock beds we have. So glad it's over!โ
โI was starting with a yard filled with trash from the previous owners and less than perfect rocky soil, but I knew I could create a lush landscape I'd love. All I needed was a plan and some sweat equity.โ
