Discover your natural vocal range and learn to sing confidently within it rather than straining for notes outside your comfort zone. Work with a voice teacher to identify whether you're a soprano, alto, tenor, or bass, then practice songs that showcase your voice beautifully. This approach leads to more enjoyable and sustainable singing than trying to hit every note.

โ€œWhen I first start singing, learn anything related with sing, I can only sing in one octave almost same. I could sing from C3 to C4, but around Bb3 to C4 is more like yelling very uncomfortable. C3 was my 'relax note'. Strangely, I usually speak around C3-Bb2 but can't sing there. [...] I can hit C4 with ease eventually, now can reach Eb4 not easy but much better than my C4 yelling before. I can also hit A2 but not really good one. Now my 'relax note' is changed to B2, closer to my normal speech.โ€

โ€œSo, I have been questioning why my voice does not blend with singers until a singing teacher had told me that I have been singing an octave lower. So, afterwards I recorded myself singing an octave higher than I usually do and no matter what the song, my voice always blended with the singer! It sounded very combined. Do I have to train my voice to sing an octave higher than it did? Because my voice sounds really weak when I do sing in the higher octave.โ€
