βWell, I first noticed the smell maybe two minutes into the baking process, but in my defence, it did smell like chocolate, so I left it. That thing grew so much that for a second I thought it was going to fall out of the mug. Eventually, it dropped back in, and everything was cool. At least, that's what I kept telling myself. [...] Opening the microwave door, I was blasted with a smell of chocolate, burn, and death. [...] Inside the cup, something was bubbling and gurgling. The darn thing was literally growling at me.β
βOh, dear lord this cake. There were quite a few surprises that I came across when baking. I was not expecting to see the cake try to explode upward out of the mug as it rapidly baked. Looking back, Iβm not sure why I was surprised. Explosion of the food seems natural for a microwave. This cake was packed with chocolate flavor and was extremely moist. And it made less than I anticipate which is great because I donβt need that much sugar considering everything else I eatβ¦ 10/10.β
