Set hourly reminders to check in with your spine alignment and shoulder position - you'll be surprised how often you've slouched. The real challenge is maintaining awareness without becoming obsessive about it, creating sustainable habits rather than temporary fixes.

βYes I would consciously fix my posture 24/7 even when Iβm sleep I would be on my back with no pillow in a chin tuck position. Now my resting posture position without consciously fixing it is significantly better. At first it was like a work out I would sweat a lot. 1 month in the sweating decreased. Now I barely sweat on my 3rd month. All it takes is some hardcore dedication!!β
βStruggling with this as well. Iβve had bad posture for so long that good posture feels unnatural, and itβs most definitely a very conscious effort to correct it numerous times every hour lol.β
