People who tried this

Check-in was a painfully long process. They had 8 counters open for ‘Snow Fun’ (tubing, penguins, bobsledding, etc.) and 1 counter for people who want to ski. We went there about a half hour after they opened, and there were 5 or 6 people in front of us at the skiing counter. It took 45 minutes for us to get our tickets, because they took close to ~10 mins to process each guest [...] The chairlift ride is 3 min 30 sec, and it takes less than a minute to get down ~200 vertical ft. Temperature is set to -1 or -2 degrees C (30 to 28 F). There are 5 different slope steepnesses, including what they call the world’s first indoor black diamond (which isn’t actually all that steep), and a small terrain park with some boxes, rails, and kickers. [...] The first few runs will feel weird because you’re likely going to be in ski boots that are way too large. It feels like doing ski drills where you ski with your boots completely unbuckled. The slopes have been pretty empty the two times I’ve been here. It’s fun for a little bit, because at the end of the day, you’re sliding on snow in a mall in the middle of the desert. You will get bored in less than two hours, though.
