โI would be lying if I said it was easy. The 1st couple of days drinking a gallon was definitely hard. I pretty much needed to force myself to drink enough water to reach a gallon. [...] I was running to the bathroom ALL THE TIME. I felt like a toddler and a pregnant woman all at the same time. My bladder was out of control. I had to really plan out my water intake especially if I knew I would doing a lot of moving around NY. The last thing I wanted was to finish my 50 oz. water and 15 minutes later clamoring to find a public bathroom. Which New Yorkers know, finding a public bathroom is never easy.โ
โEarly on, I had serious caffeine headaches. While taking in more water, I slowly removed coffee from my diet. Going from having at least one large ice coffee a day, to no coffee was rough. But the more I focused on drinking my water, the headaches went away on their own.โ
