โ€œThis is the first thing ever that I have ever completed. I am the laziest person ever and fitness and exercise is a foreign thing to me. It took me 52 days to complete this challenge, but I documented every day in a diary to reflect on how I felt and the benefits of Yoga with Adriene. I got to day 36 and had reached day 28 where I had a day off here and there, and then I stopped for two weeks until today, I completed day 29 and 30. I have an exam in about 6 hours and I knew I needed to let off some steam. I don't know whether I didn't want the 30 days to end or I was just lazy. However, I got here, and after missing out on yoga for over two weeks, I realised how important it is to me and how great it feels to get on the mat and let go of your troubles.โ€

โ€œA 30 day yoga challenge is literally how I got into yoga. My "minimum 5 days a week" take on this 30 day challenge has kept me excited about coming back to the mat. It's one of the things that I look forward to the most in my day. I know that I'm taking that time for myself to decompress after work and it feels good to put my wellness in the spotlight. It's had a very positive impact on my mental health in that it helped get me out of the beginnings of a depressive state, helped me engage in self care, improved my mindfulness, and allowed me space to start healing my trauma. I'm already feeling physically stronger than when I started, but the emotional and psychological benefits are what keep bringing me to the mat.โ€
