writingwellnessmindfulness
Write down 3-5 specific things you're grateful for, focusing on details rather than generic statements. Instead of "family," try "my sister's terrible jokes that somehow always make me laugh." This practice rewires your brain to notice positive moments throughout the day.

โI cannot relate more to this. I just wrote my last line in my gratitude journal. I feel so good and yes, at the start I was like this isnโt true and each day Iโd struggle to write even 3 things and with time as I was flipping the pages I saw I would write 3-4 pages as the time passed. Iโm truly grateful for how this has transformed and going through the journal was so peaceful. Iโd recommend everyone to give this a shot. Iโm never going to stop. Knowing this at an intellectual level is alright, but knowing this at an experiential level is something very different and pure.โ
