โToday, after 5 long years, I finally weighed in at 119lbs for a total weight loss of 131 lbs. I now weigh less than the weight I've lost, I really can't believe it. I'm no longer pre-diabetic, no more high blood pressure, and NO MORE CHRONIC FATIGUE! [...] I want to feel really uplifted and accomplished, but it's still sinking in...I feel...numb to it? Like when you're a little kid and you think turning 18 years old will finally make you feel like an adult, but then you turn 18 and realize you don't feel any different.โ
โIt has been SO long since I have been down to my preferred/goal weight (165lbs) and it feels SO much nicer to finally be here! To be able to run at the drop of a hat, knock out a 6 mile run with relative easy, and lastly look in the mirror and see muscles instead of flub, has been nothing short of validating and very rewarding!โ
