Enhance your yoga practice by connecting with natural elements like fresh air, bird songs, and the grounding energy of grass beneath your mat. Parks provide more space for expansive poses and the gentle distractions of nature help quiet mental chatter better than studio walls. Early morning sessions catch beautiful light and fewer crowds, while sunset practices offer a peaceful transition into evening.

βWell, this summer was the first time I went outside to work out and do Yoga. Shirtless. Because I am tired of hiding and being ashamed of myself (while not even looking THAT bad!). Tired of hiding inside my apartment and only working out there. I wanted to enjoy the good weather, fresh air and sun. I didnt go to a place with lots of people. Just a nice green place beside a field near my apartment. Still, some people most likely saw me. And guess what? I dont care anymore.β
βi live alongside a park and loveeeee bringing my mat out by the stream every morning! i donβt care whoβs looking or how cringey it might be (though i never contemplated even if it was until this post haha). yoga in the fresh air and the morning sun feels so niceβ
βI've been known to do a little yoga in parks or highway rest stops while on vacation. It can feel cringy at first, but worth it. Awesome way to wake up the body and stretch out sore spots.β
