Cast iron cooking creates incredible sears, even heat distribution, and can go from stovetop to oven seamlessly. Try a classic skillet cornbread, perfectly seared steaks, or one-pan meals where vegetables caramelize beautifully around proteins. The key is proper preheating and not being afraid of high heat.

People who tried this
βAdmittedly, I was a little afraid of it at first because I wasnβt sure how to use it. Itβs heavier than my other pans and I wasnβt sure how to use it. Once I got the hang of my cast iron skillet, I fell in love. The heat is distributed perfectly throughout the pan, itβs easy to wash (no soap!), and food just tastes better. I use my cast iron skillet for everything from breakfast eggs to beautiful steaks.β
