Find your rhythm and see how many consecutive jumps you can achieve without your feet getting tangled in the rope. Start with basic two-foot jumps, maintain a steady pace, and keep your elbows close to your body. Good jump ropers can easily hit 100+ consecutive jumps with practice.

โI'm still a beginner, using a beaded rope and managing 10-15 minutes a day pretty easily. I can do a few different movements (in between whipping myself with the rope which is next level with a beaded rope). I am still occasionally tripping on the rope, just less than I used to, but I've found that when I do, I only trip on my right foot and I can often feel the rope just clipping my right foot as I start fatiguing. Never the left.โ
