βI expected her to pull out a whistle and tell us to drop and do 20 push-ups [...], but instead she gently eased us into our first 15 minutes of cardio (whew). But where she was gentle, the workout wasn't. After running up the most enormous hill in all of Seattle, then doing jumping jacks at the top, only to run down and do it all over again, (yes, it was as hard as it sounds), I started to feel a teeny bit nauseated.β
βIn my city they were running a $79 4-week trial for Burn Bootcamp and all the moms rave about it around here. Iβve done a lot of different workout classes so I figured Iβd be fine. Well, I just went to my first class and HOLY AUTISTIC NIGHTMAREβ¦. It was so overstimulating. First the trainers there had zero recognition of personal space - close-talking and following me when I backed up. WTF. Then they paired me with someone I didnβt know.β
