โWhen it comes to exercising, I get bored quickly, so Obรฉโs high energy vibe โ from the music and instructors to the workouts themselves โ really works for me. Plus, as Iโm usually on a time crunch to get a workout in before my son wakes up, Iโve appreciated having a large selection of 28-minute classes to choose from. Over the past month, Iโve tried a variety of workouts, including yoga, endurance, dance HIIT, HIIT, and cardio boxing, all of which were 20โ28 minutes in duration. [...] Mary W.โs 20-minute HIIT workout is what fully sold me on Obรฉ. Thanks to a combination of high energy music, Tabata-style training, and expert instruction on how to safely perform each move, I found myself both physically exhausted and mentally energized after the workout.โ
โSo I tried Fitness+. I have ADHD and so sticking to workout routines is not exactly easy, and damn, I'm pleasantly surprised by how good Fitness+ is at filling in some of the gaps my ADHD causes. Having something so guided, with even the music choices being done for me, means there's essentially no decision making standing between me and my workout, and that's a game changer. But the downside is the service lives in the Fitness app which is honestly so unfriendly for the ADHD brain that I'm really struggling to use it. [...] at the moment I'm so frustrated to have found an amazing tool that works better than anything else I've tried at getting me to workout only to find myself so overwhelmed every time I enter the app that I just close it and don't do anything.โ
