โ€œFirst thing the server does is coming over and asks what tea I want. This is actually telling me there's a tea cover charge(usually 5 - 20 rmb per person), btw the most local tea choice is ่Šๆ™ฎ(chrysanthemum and pu-erh brewed together). And then I find that dim sum pricing might work differently than you guys'd expect. The menu uses Chinese characters to represent price tiers instead of actual prices.โ€

โ€œIโ€™ve been to Guangdong provice for many times before, but I never tried the Authentic Cantonese food. Last Labor holiday in 2023, I went to Foshan city with my cousin, and meet our friend who live in Foshan city. We went this ShunYue restaurant and had a wonderful Cantonese style Zao Cha. [...] People in the restaurant were talking freely to their friends, so you will heard big laugh and conversations in different Chinese dialects there.โ€

โ€œIts funny because people mention the dim sum carts, and we are heading home from a trip to China and Hong Kong, and we had dim sum in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong and none of them had the dim sum carts, just menu ordering. Food all came out hot n fresh though.โ€
